No. The van is always fully parked and stationary during your event.

We arrive, park safely, set up, and remain in position for the entire party. A trained host stays inside to manage the experience.

Do I need off-street parking?

Not necessarily.

We can park on residential roads provided:
Parking is legal and safe
There is adequate space for the vehicle
Extension leads do not cross public roads

If you’re unsure, send us a photo before booking and we’ll advise.

Do you need power?

Yes — we require access to 4 standard plug sockets within 40 metres.
We provide 40m extension leads.

If power access may be difficult, we can supply a generator for a small additional charge (must be arranged in advance).

Do you need internet?

No — we provide our own internet system as part of the package.

If required, we can also connect to your router as a backup.

What happens if there’s a power cut or internet issue?

Accepted Answer

If your property loses power, we will pause and resume once restored. Power outages outside our control are non-refundable.

Internet issues are rare — we carry backup solutions and resolve issues quickly.

We deliver hundreds of events per year and always manage to keep the party running.

Yes.

We follow UK age ratings and confirm age ranges at booking.

The booking parent is responsible for ensuring all attending parents are comfortable with game choices.

We can tailor the experience to suit younger or older groups.

What if a child hasn’t played before?

That’s absolutely fine.

Our hosts guide players through controls and game basics. Beginners settle in quickly.

Does an adult need to stay?

Yes — a responsible adult must remain on-site during the event.

Our host supervises the gaming inside the van. Overall event supervision remains with the booking adult.

Parents are welcome to join in if space allows.

Can food and drink go inside?

No food, drinks or chewing gum are allowed inside the van to protect equipment.

Weekends book up quickly — we recommend booking 2–3 months in advance.

Weekdays typically require around 4 weeks’ notice.

We accept bookings up to 12 months ahead.

How much is the deposit?

A £100 deposit secures your booking.

The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before your event.

Will the weather affect my booking?

Nope! Our gaming van is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so rain clouds and heatwaves don’t stand a chance. Whatever the forecast, we bring the party.

What happens if you’re late?

We aim to arrive 15 minutes before your start time.

If traffic or weather causes delay, we will notify you and ensure you receive your full booked time.
In the extremely unlikely event we cannot attend, you will receive either:
A full refund
Or a free rescheduled date
